This website has no contact or registration forms and does not request personal data in order to browse it.

If you get in touch by email, phone or WhatsApp, the data you provide in that message will be processed: your name, contact details and the content of your enquiry.

Purpose and legal basis

Answering enquiries about the accommodation. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures taken at the request of the data subject (art. 6.1.b GDPR).

Managing the booking. Bookings are completed on Airbnb, which acts as an independent data controller under its own privacy policy.

How long data is kept

Enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to answer it and afterwards for the limitation periods applicable to any resulting liability.

Andalusian tourism regulations and traveller registration rules require certain guest data to be retained for the legally established periods.

Who receives the data

Data is not shared with third parties except where legally required. Under Spanish public safety regulations, traveller data is reported to the competent authorities.
